Put chicken pieces in a bowl, add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chilli paste and salt and mix well. - In a pan add button red chilli, coriander, cloves, cumin, caradamom, daal chini and roast until fragnant. Then in the gender put all roasted ingredients and grind to make a fine powder.
- In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, paprika powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and roast grind ingredients powder โ๏ธand mix well. Let it rest for 1 hour
- In in a wok. Heat the oil add ginger garlic paste, tomato and cook until tomatos are soft. Then add marinated chicken in it and cook on medium to high flame until yogurt water is dry and oil is comes out
- In a stove turn on flame put charcol on flame until its hot. Now in a angara chicken put charcol. On charcol put some drops of oil and stem angara chicken.
