Kuzhi paniyaram is very easy to make if you leftover idli batter at home. I just add the onions, spices etc in the batter and make them with the leftover idli batter.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the ingredients. Roast until golden brown.
  2. Take a paniyaram pan and coat with sesame oil to make it non- stick..
  3. Add the sautéd ingredients to the leftover idli/dosa batter. Mix well. Pour into paniyaram pan and fill up 3/4th the pan. Let it heat.
  4. When the edges start to turn golden; flip the paniyarams and let them con on the other side too for avoid 4 minutes.
  5. Once done, serve with sambar and/ or chutney.
