- Boil the milk.keep aside half of it and cool the other half
- In the cooled half of the milk,add milk powder and mix well
- Heat the milk mixture and the other half of milk with the chopped dry fruits,cardamom powder,grated Paneer and sugar
- Stir well so that the mixture becomes thick.add kesar mix well
- Let it cool and pour in a matka,garnish with dry fruits and refrigerate…Enjoy Paneer kulfi.
