  3. Add mustard oil in hot pan, fry the fish head very well.
  4. Now fry potatoes very well.
  5. Take 4 tbsp oil in hot pan.
  6. Add whole garam masala, bay leaves & dry red chilli fry for 15 sec.
  7. Add chopped onion,fry till become golden brown.
  8. Add chopped tomato,fry for 1min in medium flame.
  9. Add ginger paste, green chilli paste mix it well.
  10. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder,, turmeric powder, mixed it well.
  11. Add 2tbsp water & cook in medium flame for 2 mins.
  12. Add fried potatoes, fried broken fish head & garam masala powder. Mixed it well, cook in medium flame for 2 mins.
  13. Add gobindo bhog rice, mixed well, cook in medium flame for 2 mins.
  14. Add 2 & 1/2 cup water, when boiling add salt & sugar, mixed it well.
  15. Close the lid for 5 mins, cook in medium flame.
  16. Now cook in high flame, add garam masala powder & ghee, mixed it well.
  17. Put off your gas oven, close the lid for 5 mins.
  18. After 5 mins Muri ghanto is ready, serve it hot.
