- Pour in the coconut milk in to the pot,add washed rice,stir well
- Add in salt,cubes and black pp
- Add in basil,paprika,thyme and oregano
- Mix throughly. Add water if needed(the water must be within thesame level with rice no matter the quantity of rice you are making. Cover and cook till the rice beging to surface
- Stir to combine once rice surface. Taste for salt(adjust if needed).
- Cover with foil paper to trap heat to cook on low heat until rice is ready. Cover and let rice cook slowly untill no drop of water left.
- Heat oil in a pan,add chop onions and spring onions
- Stir till translucent. Add ginger and garlic paste and stir
- Add in carrots(after 3 to 4minutes carrots is softer)
- Add in peas(after 2minutes is ready)
- Add in sweet corn and stir
- Add yellow,red and green pepper and keep stiring for 3minutes. Add cubes and salt to taste on vegetables
- Scoop some sauce out and and beging frying the rice step by step
- Create space in the middle and add in the rice and keep frying
- Repeat thesame by adding the rice then sauce and keep frying for 3 to 5minutes the rice is pale
- Served hot
