  1. Get 2 chicken breasts
  2. Get 4 slice shortcut bacon
  3. Prepare 1 can crushed tomatoes
  4. Get 1 medium onion~diced
  5. Get 1 clove garlic
  6. Make ready 1 tsp dried basil
  7. Make ready 1 tsp brown sugar
  8. Make ready 2 eggs
  9. Make ready 3 cup breadcrumbs

  5. Coat chicken pieces in flour, dip in whisked egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place in 180 celcius oven for around 15 mins, turning once.
  6. Once chicken has browned, remove from oven, add generous amount of sauce to each breast then top with bacon piece. Add tasty cheese on top of bacon and return oven for around 20 mins, or until cheese is golden.

Place chicken breast on top and sprinkle with more. In a shallow bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then coat with crumb mixture.
