- In a Wok, add oil. Add the mix veg, paneer, chaat masala, chilli powder, salt according to taste.
- Chop the boiled potato finely. Once the veggies are cooked, add the boiled potato pieces to the mix veg mixture. Mix well.
- Chop Pineapple into thin rectangle shapes. Peel the peach and chop the flesh.
- Preheat the oven to 200°c.
- Take the big square pastry sheet(if it's frozen, let it sit outside freezer for 5-7 mins before starting to fill) and cut it into half diagonally to get two triangle shapes.
- Take one half and fill it with the mix veg filling in the center. Don't fill too much. Leave space for it to fold and get sealed. Take one end of the triangle and put it on the other end in a way that the filling is covered by this process to get a smaller triangle. Seal all the sides with water and brush it with oil.
- Take the remaining half of the pastry sheet and fill it pineapple and peach pieces. Drizzle it with sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon powder. Cover the filling by lifting one end of the triangular pastry sheet and pasting it on another to make it a triangular shape. Seal it with water and brush it with oil.
- Fill the other pastry sheets with veg and fruits in a similar fashion.
- Once the oven has been heated, place the puffs on the baking tray and bake them for about 20-25 minutes. Turn their sides once in between to ensure they are cooked from both sides. Cook till they turn golden brown. Serve hot with Ketchup
- Get creative with the fillings for the puff pastry and also with the shapes of the puffs. Enjoy the yummy puffs.
