- Grease both hands and take a ball and roll it between palms to form even surface. Flatten the ball and stuff the coconut filling.
- Close and seal the ball properly with no cracks and shape like modak. Similarly make all.
- Heat the steamer and oil the vessel and place the kozhukatta inside. Steam for 20- 25 mins. once cooled serve.
