  3. Add the grated coconut, mix it well and cook it for 15 seconds.
  4. Add the cheera or spinach to the coconut mixture and mix it properly. Cover and cook it in low flame for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Turn off the flame. Serve the thoran with rice.
