  1. Beat eggs with peel at least 6 to 8 times then remove peel
  2. Add milk one by one beating continuously
  3. Add rum,essence,bitters & spices,beat well
  4. Bottle & store at room temperature. Yield 3 bottles
  5. Serve over ice

Punch-de-Creme is basically a rich creamy drink that's infused with strong rum for that added kick. It's like the Caribbean version of Bailey's. Some call Ponche a Crème the eggnog of Trinidad.
