  5. Take a small portion of mixture. Fill the centre with chopped cashew and raisins. Make a round shape then roll it in dry maida.
  6. Take a karahi add oil heat it over a medium flame. Fry all the koftas untill golden brown in colour.
  7. Now in a pan add some butter and oil. Heat it. Add onion mixture in it. Add water. Then add garam masala powder, kasuri methi, coriander leaves. Cook the grevy for five minutes.
  8. In a serving plate place the koftas and pour the curry over koftas. Garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle cream over it.
  9. Serve it with jeera rice.
