- Take a mixing bowl and put all the Ingredients together and mix it well. Bind the mixture with the help of corn flour.
- Take kadhai pour some oil to fry our kofta. Give a beautiful round shape to your koftas and deep fry them. And give a nice golden colour to it.
- Please don't put kofta in gravy as they are very light in texture. Put kofta in your serving bowl and pour the gravy. Serve hot with Naan, Lacha Paratha, etc.
