  1. Take a large cooking vessel, pref: a non stick one, and put all the ingredients into it.

  5. Let the chicken pieces and the other ingredients get sautéed in this oil for some time till it reaches the desired consistency.
  6. Raw taste will disappear now.
  7. If you want to get a more drier version, fry it for a longer period…Serve hot garnished with curry leaves.
  8. Enjoy with a meal of hot rice, veggies and fresh curds or Kerala style 'Moru Kachiyathu'.
  9. Coconut oil and coconut flakes (thenga kothu)will make the dish yummier.However other veg oil can also be used.
