- In a wide pan boil the milk till it reduces and thickens.
- Grate the khoya.Powder the almonds in a dry grinder.
- Dissolve the cornflour in milk.
- Add sugar in the thickened milk.
- Add corn flour paste.
- After 5 min when the mix has thickened add khoya,almonds powder,saffron and cardamom powder..Mix well
- Stir very well and just simmer for two min on low flame so that khoya distributed very well.
- Switch off the flame.Add kewra essence.
- Let the mixture cool down.
- Spread some nuts then pour it in a mould,cover and let it freeze for 8 hours
