Steps to make Healthy Veg Appe:
- Take Semolina. Add yoghurt and mix well
- Add water as required and salt. Keep aside for 15 20 mins
- Take a pan. Add oil. When hot add mustard seeds and Jeera. When they splitter add onions
- Saute till transculent. Add green chillies and carrots, green peas.
- Saute for about 2 mins. Now add capsicum, corns and salt. When done switch off the gas and allow it to cool down.
- By that time batter is done. Add water if required and also add the vegetables to it. Add eno and coriander leaves mix well.
- Grease appe pan and put the batter. Let it cook on medium flame. After 5 7 mins flip the side.again cook for 3 to 4 mins.
- Your healthy appe is ready to served with chutney or sauce of ur choice.
