  3. Now add the masala in the same pan add little ghee or oil and add the masala, 1tsp sugar and curry leaves and keep frying the masala till it gets nice red colour.
  4. Now take one more pan and add tbsp ghee and add mushroom cut into half and add 2tsp ginger garlic paste and 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder if you have (optional) and also some turmeric and fry on high flame for 3mins.now add the gheeroast masala and keep frying it till its dry and ghee floats on top but don't over cook the mushrooms. Serve hot with neerdose
