  1. Roast methi completely till rawness goes out of it. - Now roast wheat flour and rava on medium flame till it changes it colour in to golden brown. - Now saute desiccated coconut for few minutes. - Now saute poppy seeds. - Fry gund on medium flame and then crush it coarsely with glass.
  2. Saute all dry fruits. - Saute makhana in ghee on low flame. - Now heat ghee in pan and add all the above roasted ingredients in it. - Simultaneously make jaggery syrup on the other hand. - Melt jaggery completely and off the gas. - Wait for 1 minutes so it cool down lightly.
  3. Then add it in a ingredients. - Add Elaichi powder,jaifal and tea masala to it. - And mix it very well. - Now wet your hands with water and start making medium size laddoos out of it. - Our methi dryfruits laddoo are ready to eat now.
