- Roast methi completely till rawness goes out of it. - Now roast wheat flour and rava on medium flame till it changes it colour in to golden brown. - Now saute desiccated coconut for few minutes. - Now saute poppy seeds. - Fry gund on medium flame and then crush it coarsely with glass.
- Saute all dry fruits. - Saute makhana in ghee on low flame. - Now heat ghee in pan and add all the above roasted ingredients in it. - Simultaneously make jaggery syrup on the other hand. - Melt jaggery completely and off the gas. - Wait for 1 minutes so it cool down lightly.
