- When cool down. Grind it into grinder. Now sieve it because we need smooth gravy for kofta. Pour it into the pan for further boiling. Boil it 2-3 minutes. Now add MALAI(not cream). U can adjust thickness of gravy by adding some milk into it. I added milk.
