- Let it cool and grind to a fine paste. In a pan take oil and add red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala and then add the puree. Saute till oil separates. Add sugar (optional).Add little water and let it boil. Put the koftas and give a boil. Remove it and garnish with coriander.Serve with roti or naan.
