Turn the flame. Cool it and make a fine paste in a mixer jar.
  5. In a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil heat it add cumin seeds and when it splutters add Dry red chilli saute few seconds then add the onion tomatoes paste. Saute and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add all dry powder spices.
  6. Saute 1-2 minutes then add little water,cover and cooked for 3-4 minutes when the oil separated add 1/2 cup water and check the consistency of gravy, add koftas and boil it for another minute and turn off the flame.
  7. Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
