  2. Now add 1 tbs oil and lemon juice..mix well..

  4. Refrigerate it for 30 mins by covering it.
  5. Now heat the appam pan on low flame with 1 tbs of oil.
  6. Now place all the Mushroom pieces in that.
  7. Cook them for 2 to 3 mins on low flame..
  8. Then flip them over and cook them for 2 to 3 mins from that side too.
  9. It's done…take them out in a serving plate..
  10. Serve hot with green coriander chutney with onions ring and enjoy with a cup of Tea..
