  1. Firstly blanch onion,tomato, cinnamon,cloves and cumin seed.cool it. Take a bowl add potato,paneer,1/4 tsp turmeric,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp garam masala,1/2 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp black salt and 1/4 tsp normal salt.Mix it and make balls from the mixture.after that roll these balls in gram flour.
  2. Now heat the oil in a wok and deep fry these balls.after that in a jar add blanched ingredients.now mash spinach and carrot separately and take small bowls.firsty cover the bowl with cling foil then apply mashed spinach then apply mashed carrot.keep it in fridge for 3 hours.shown as in picture.
  3. Now heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a wok.splutter cumin seeds.add grinded ingredients and cook it for 3 minutes on low flame.after that add coriander, turmeric and red chilli powder.mix it and cook it for two minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add cream or malai mix it.now add sugar and cook it for two minutes.after that add 1 cup hot water. Bring a boil add garam masala,salt to taste and roasted Fenugreek leaves/ kasuri methi.
  5. Firstly take out carrot, spinach nest into bowls.take a dish or bowl.keep those nest in it.put one potato, paneer ball on nest.pour gravy on the ball.sanjh savera nest koftas are ready.
