Instructions to make Masala Tea:
- Mix water and milk in a pan and boil for two minutes.
- Grind ginger, cardamoms, fennel seeds, cloves and black pepper and add in water and milk mixture.
- Boil this mixture for 5 minutes on low flame or till it turn light brown colour.
- Add one spoon sugar and 1 spoon tea leaves and boil it for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Sieve in a glass and serve hot with biscuits.
