  9. Keep all kofta in a plate aside and heat oil to shallow fry.
  10. Fry all kofta on medium flame by adding one by one
  11. After a minute for so start turning kofta so that it cooks evenly from all sides.
  12. Once golden brown, take out on paper towel.
  13. Keep kofta aside and prepare for gravy.
  14. Another pan heat 2 tsp oil, add jeera, Cinnamon stick, 3 to 4 cardamom, cloves, 4 to 5 black pepper and bay leaf.
  15. Then add 2 medium size onion, cook for 2 to 3 min. Then add tomatoes. Add all dry masala. Mix it well.
  16. Cover and cook until tomatoes soften. Cook for 4 to 5 min. Switch off flame and cool it.
  17. In a mixture jar add dry coconut, cashew, badam, fennal seeds and cook onion and tomatoes. Blend it a puree and strain puree for better result.
  18. Another pan heat oil and small amount of butter. Add puree and cook for 4 to 5 min.
  19. Add ginger and garlic paste. Add tomato sauce. Mix it well. Cover and cook until oil separate. add cream and cook for 2 min.
  20. Gravy is ready for serve. Lets plate it out.
  21. Place kofta in a serving plate and pour hot gravy covering all kofta completely.
  22. Top it up with cream and fresh chopped coriander.
