- Fry constantly on a medium flame until colour of chickpea mixture changes slightly.
- Now add 1 cup sugar powder and 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix.
- Add in 4 tablespoon cocoa powder and mix nicely.
- Add in 1/4 cup pure ghee.
- Fry until ghee starts separating from chocolate chick pea mixture.
- Switch off the flame and add in all the nuts.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes then make tennis ball shape laddus.
- You can make 18-20 number of chocolate chickpea laddus.
- Serve them in Diwali for your guest..and family they are just yummy.
