  7. Combine ¼ cup flour with ¼ cup water. Mix well into a smooth paste
  8. Fold the pastry to form a cone,brush with the above batter in the edges,stuff with fillings and close to form a triangle shape.Deep fry in the oil,on a medium flame till golden brown.
  9. You can brush the pastries with vinegar & store in freezer for next use.
