  14. Divide white gravy in to two parts
  15. Add boiled carrot puree in it and boil it for 5 mins on slow flame
  16. Then take a bowl
  17. Add grated carrot, gram flour and all spices in it and mix it well
  18. Add water in it and make fine paste
  19. Then deep fry all koftas on slow flame
  20. When it become golden brown, it's done.
  21. Put all koftas in saffron gravy and serve it
  22. Method for green gravy..
  23. Boil the spinach first
  24. Then make puree of spinach
  25. Then take a wok
  26. Add oil, cumin seeds in it
  27. Then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute it.
  28. Then add onion puree in it and saute it till it become golden brown.
  29. Then add tomato puree in it and cook it on slow flame
  30. Then add all spices in it and cook it
  31. Then add spinach puree with water in it and cook it on slow flame
  32. Then take a bowl
  33. Add gram flour, chopped spinach and spices in it and mix it well
  34. Then add water in it and make fine paste
  35. Then deep fry all kofta on medium flame
  36. When it become golden brown, it's done
  37. Then put all koftas in spinach curry and boil it for 5mins on slow flame and serve it
  38. Then shallow fry all cottage cheese pieces
  39. Then spread tomato masala on each piece
  40. Cut pieces and put it in white gravy..
  41. Assemble all kofta just like our national flag colour..
