- Get 1/2 cup Spinach chopped
- Take 2 tsp Gram flour
- Prepare 1/3 cup Water
- Prepare 1/3 tsp Salt
- Make ready 1/3 tsp Red chilli powder

- Take 1/3 tsp Garam masala powder
- Get 2 cup Oil for frying

- When gravy become little dry it's done
- For saffron gravy..
- Divide white gravy in to two parts
- Add boiled carrot puree in it and boil it for 5 mins on slow flame
- Then take a bowl
- Add grated carrot, gram flour and all spices in it and mix it well
- Add water in it and make fine paste
- Then deep fry all koftas on slow flame
- When it become golden brown, it's done.
- Put all koftas in saffron gravy and serve it
- Method for green gravy..
- Boil the spinach first
- Then make puree of spinach
- Then take a wok
- Add oil, cumin seeds in it
- Then add ginger garlic paste in it and saute it.
- Then add onion puree in it and saute it till it become golden brown.
- Then add tomato puree in it and cook it on slow flame
- Then add all spices in it and cook it
- Then add spinach puree with water in it and cook it on slow flame
- Then take a bowl
- Add gram flour, chopped spinach and spices in it and mix it well
- Then add water in it and make fine paste
- Then deep fry all kofta on medium flame
- When it become golden brown, it's done
- Then put all koftas in spinach curry and boil it for 5mins on slow flame and serve it
- Then shallow fry all cottage cheese pieces
- Then spread tomato masala on each piece
- Cut pieces and put it in white gravy..
- Assemble all kofta just like our national flag colour..
- And serve it
