- Add salt, little bit of red pepper(as green chilly is already present n pepper is present in ketchup also), turmeric powder, tomato ketchup, sugar, malai/cream(a spoon offresh malai/cream keep aside fo' final garnishing) n saute fo' about 2 minutes then add milk n bring to a boil while contonous stirring at medium to low heat(as milk can split so becareful after adding milk)
- Add pieces of cheese, diluted(by adding a little water)cashews paste n give a good mix..let to cook the cheese with gravy fo' about 5-7minutes at very low heat..add garam masala, chopped coriander/cilantro leaves, stir n flame off
- Yo'r cheese in cream gravy is ready
- Transfer into a serving bowl..drizzle a spoon of fresh malai/ cream in the centre..garnish with leaves coriander/cilantro n fried green chilly
- Serve hot with chapatti, naan or rice
