- MiFirstly in a large mixing bowl combine rava,curd and salt.
- Mix well to form a paste without any lumps.
- Further add 1/2 cup water or as per required.
- Mix well to form thick batter.
- In a kadai heat 2 tsp oil saute,ginger, green chilli,and chopped onion.
- Saute for a min. Also add curry leaves, coriander and water.
- Rest for 20 min.
- Further add a piinch of baking soda just pan add few drops of oil inside the holes.
- Heat oil in appe pan.
- Now fill the holes with a tsp of rawa batter.
- And both sides until it golden brown.
- Finally ready appe to serve with coconut chutney.
