- Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan add the chopped onion and tomatoes add ginger garlic paste, cover and cook for 7-8 minutes stir twice in between add chashew nuts and cook for couple of minutes then turn off the flame.
- Cool down the mixture and grind them into a fine paste
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan add the ghee or butter into it then add the grind tomato oinion paste add half cup of water and cook it on medium flame for about 6 min.
- Add half a cup of water into the gravy then add the kashmiri chilli powder,coriander powder,salt, garam masala powder cook all of them for about 6-7 minutes on medium flame
- Add the grated panned to the gravy and add 1 cup of water mix it well then cover and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes,stir in between..
- Now add the paneer cubes and kasuri methi and mix well witout breaking the gentle paneer cubes also add the cream, adjust the consistency with the remaining water now cover and cook on low flame for another 5 mintutes
- Garnish it with cream and coriander leaves(optional) and serve with naan or roti…
