  7. Heat ghee in a pan fry cashews and kishmish. Add this into the halwa and mix well.
  8. Transfer it into a greased pan and cool it down. Garnish with almond, cashews and banana slice.

Cook the Raw Kerala Banana Powder with jaggery syrup, whisking so that it's smooth. When the halwa is sufficiently thick, spread it on a flat plate and let it cool. Once set, cut it into squares.
