  7. At one stage it starts leave ghee, but you have to continue stirring still some more minutes to get good clour.
  8. When you satisfy the colour, chewness and good aroma transfer into ghee greased plate.
  9. Use the flat spatula to level the surface.
  10. It leaves excess ghee, you can use it for some other dishes.
  11. After complete cool cut in to small pieces and serve.
