You all know by now I am OBSESSED with streusel/crumble toppings so it was natural for me to top a mince pie with crunchy oats for a nice change. Let me tell you; these are outstanding. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix marzipan and butter with pastry blender or fork until well blended. Stir in oats and flour until crumbly. In large bowl, mix all Filling ingredients.
