- Cook potato in pressure cooker
- Clean and mashed it
- Take besan,add salt,turmeric powder1/2Tsp,add water mix well and make batter far vadas
- Heat 3 tsp oil,add mustard,cumin seeds,garlic ginger paste, green chilli paste, cut onion
- Saute it for 5 minutes,add 1/2Tsp turmeric powder,salt and mix well
- Now add mashed potato and saute it add coriander
- Cook on steam with lid on low flame next 5 minutes,take it down
- When stuffing is cooled,make round balls with it
- Heat oil in frying pan,dip the balls of stuffing in besan batter and make vadas in oil
- Fry the vadas from both sides on low flame,vadas are ready
- Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney or sambar
