Vada Pav Recipe is a famous street snack originally from Mumbai. Spiced potato dumplings dipped in gram flour (besan) which are then fried and stacked in. Vada pav, alternatively spelt vada pao, wada pav, or wada pao, pronunciation is a vegetarian fast food dish native to the state of Maharashtra.   6. Now make a medium size ball of potato mixture and deep into the besan batter and fry them till golden brown.
  7. Serve with fried chilli and peanut chutney.
