- If you don't have an Appam Patra, heat a kadai on low flame. Add very little oil and put the Vada in it.
- Cook on low flame for 2 - 3 minutes. Turn the side and cook till golden brown. Repeat this. Till it's crispy. No need to add oil.
- Vada prepared in kadai.
