- In a wok add ghee let it melt. Then add onion and fry until transculent. Then add mutton mix boti and gunger garlic paste and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes until changes colour then add salt,cumin, coriander and mix well. Then add water and mix bring it to boil, cover and cook it on medium to low flame until meat it tender. Approx 1 hour.
- Now after meat is tender. Cook it on high flame for 2 minutes. Then switch off flame add yoghurt, grinded poppy seeds and almonds, black pepper crushed and mix well. Switch on flame cook until ghee separate. Then again switch off flame add cream and mix well. Then simmer it for 2 minutes, add green chillies, ginger and serve.
