- Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Let it cool.
- By the time lets make the batter. Take besan and add ajwain, red chilli powder salt and mix well with water as required. Keep aside for 5 mins.
- Make small balls of aloo.
- Now keep oil for frying. Add soda in batter
- Mix well and dip aloo into the batter and fry. Likewise do for others.
- Fry till golden.. ur vadas r ready to be served with green chutney..
