  9. Once the stew is fried filter the stock and pour if it wont be enough to cook d rice add more water n seasoning
  10. Allow to boil and then pour the rice stir properly allow to cook after 10mins stir to ensure all sides are covered in stew
  11. Add cooking fat cover and allow to steam then off the heat.food is ready.
