- Get For aloo vada:
- Take 6-7 Boiled potatoes
- Prepare 1 Onion chopped

- Get 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder

- Prepare 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- Get to taste Salt
Once the pan heats up, add a drop of mustard oil in every slot and grease it well. - Add besan, salt, baking soda in a bowl. Add water. Make thick batter using required water.
- Peel of potatoes, mash it finely. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Combine all.
- Make lemon size balls
- Now Heat appe pan on gas on medium flame. Grease each section with oil.
- Dip one by one potato balls in besan batter. & place it in appe pan. Cook it on slow flame until inner side golden.
- Now turn side & again cook it on slow flame until golden brown. If you want crispy drizzle oil on edges.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Further add onion and green chilli to sauté,add turmeric powder and salt mix it altogether. No The masala for the bonda is ready. Take small portions from the aloo masala and make small ball like shape out of it. Aloo Bonda is one of the simple and scrumptious evening snack. Potato filling coated with gram flour batter and deep fried to get crispy and yummy bonda!
