  1. Soak sabudana over night. Boil the potatoes in cooker.
  2. Take sabudana, add peeled & mashed potato, green chilli paste, peanut powder, salt and sugar. Mix all ingredients well
  3. Then make round shape balls of mixture and press a little with palm. Now deep fry all vadas in hot oil. Serve with coconut chutney.
