- Add boiled and Mashed Potatoes mixture and mix well for 5 mins till the time raw masala cookes well.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool for 5 mins
- Now make small balls from Potatoes mixture and keep aside.
- For making Batter combine all the Atta in one big bowl.
- Add salt and Turmeric powder.
- Add water as required consistency of the batter should be like pakoda batter.
- Take a Kadhai heat the oil to deep fry the vadas.
- Once the oil is heated add the stuffing balls to the batter and cover all sides of it.
- Now put it in oil and fry till light golden brown colour.
- After the Vadas are fried from all sides property take them out on paper towel to drain out Access oil.
- Batata Vadas are ready to Serve.
