- Put oil in a sufuria,in this case pilau needs oil yakutosha
- Add onions and let the start to cook then add your kitungu saumu and let it cook to golden brown
- Addh your boilded dry meet to the onions and let it cook
- Add pilau masala ya tropikal heat is the best,i used only pilau masala.but you can add tangawizi too if you wish
- Add your rice and stire before adding water
- Add water and let it cook
