- Clean sabudana take a bowl Put in sabudana wash with fresh water add little water just 1/2 inch more from sabudana cover put aside for overnight.
- After sokig add roasted and crush peanuts with green chili add cumin seeds add salt
- Addboiled and mashed potatoes
- Mix all ingredients well with your hands. Make equal size balls and put on in plate aside.
- Heat up oil in a pan for deep fry vadas when it heat turn the gas on medium-high take the sabudana balls in hand flatten with palms add in hot oil carefully dont make the crowd and fry them both side till golden in colur. with spatula.
- Take out on tissue paper. Then put on a serving plate. Enjoy when they hot.
- Always use good quality sabudana some time its breaks in hot oil and potatoes also depends on the size.
