  4. Partly mix the two together until swirled but not even
  5. Cook in Gas Mark 7/ medium hot oven for 10 minutes, then swop trays for a further 10 minutes until cooked, or until a skewer Inserted comes out clean. Leave to cool.
  6. Icing/ Frosting Mix. Mix the Icing sugar with the Cocoa Powder. Add enough water to make a smooth paste and add to top of cooled cakes.
  7. Add two, (or more!), glacé Cherry halves to each cake, to make “ bug out eyes”, smear with a little more Icing mix and stick Edible Eyes/ Cocoanut Kisses on..
  8. Break Matchmakers into 3 segments, poke 6 (or more), pieces In to each cake.
  9. Serve straight away or freeze for up to six months ! Enjoy!!
