Instructions to make Sabudana Vada:
- Take a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes just mashed it, drain all the water of sabudana, and use it. Now add salt, green chilies, coriander leaves, roasted peanuts (finely chopped) kuttu ka atta. It will help to bind the mixture.
- Now make medium size tikki. Turn on the heat pour oil. Wait the oil to heat completely.
- Now fry 1 by 1 the tikkis and just fry it on Medium flame. One side if cooked then flip to other side. Repeat the same in making other Vada. Then enjoy it with sweet curd.
