I love all okonomiyaki but my favourite style is Hiroshima I prefer it to be layered. When it is mixed like the kansai style you get clumps of different ingredients. The only shima I have had was poorly made, and was awful. i went to Hiroshima and Osaka and personally loved the Kansai style okonomiyaki partly because it reminds omelets which i heart but that doesn't mean i don't like the Hiroshima style which is great if you love eating noodles.
