- Soak sanudanas over night Or 5 to 6 hours. Add just enough water to cover them.
- Now take a bowl put sabudanas, gingerchilli paste, mashed potatoes and salt mix them.
- After that add peanut powder mix it well & make like a dough.
- Now make ball size vadas from this dough.
- Heat oil in a pan fry vadas till it becomes golden or red.
- Serves hot with coconut chutney Or Tomato sauce.
