  4. You can add grated cheese cubes it's optional
  5. Mix everything nicely and make a nice mixture, take some mixture and give shape round or oval as you like.
  6. Repeat for the rest of mixture
  7. In a kadai take oil for deep frying, fry in batches adding 4-5 vadas at a time.
  8. Once it's nice golden on both the sides serve with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
