Steps to make Sabudana vada:
- Soak sabudana for minimum 1 hour
- Boil potatoes and keep aside
- In a bowl take soaked sabudana, add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chillies and all the ingredients mix.
- You can add grated cheese cubes it's optional
- Mix everything nicely and make a nice mixture, take some mixture and give shape round or oval as you like.
- Repeat for the rest of mixture
- In a kadai take oil for deep frying, fry in batches adding 4-5 vadas at a time.
- Once it's nice golden on both the sides serve with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
